Last night Samsung announced the flagship Galaxy Note9 . The 6.4-inch smartphone received Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 top processor, 6 or 8 GB of RAM (depending on the bundle) and a new cooling system.
It would seem that nothing hindered the novelty from becoming one of the most productive smartphones on the market. But in artificial tests, Galaxy Note9 lost to the iPhone X, which was announced almost a year ago.

Judge for yourself. Performance test in Geekbench 4:
  • iPhone X - 10 357 points
  • OnePlus 6 - 9,088
  • Galaxy Note9 - 8,876
But the results of testing Slingshot Extreme (from 3DMark):
  • OnePlus 6 - 5 124 points
  • iPhone X - 4,994
  • Galaxy Note9 - 4,639
  • LG G7 - 4 201
The only thing Galaxy Note9 surpasses the iPhone X is the display brightness (604 versus 574 nits) and the saturation of the sRGB color gamut (224% vs. 128.5%).
